Room Types

• Outpost Tent (3.2 x 4.4 metres in size, sleeps 2 guests, 1 king size bed)
• Deluxe Tent (5 x 5 metres in size, sleeps 2 guests, 1 king size bed)
• Deluxe Ocean View Tent (5 x 5 metres in size, sleeps 2 guests, 1 king size bed)
• Family Tent (7.5 x 5 metres in size, sleeps up to 4 guests, 1 king size bed & 2 single bed)

Wedding Details

BBG have a range of areas to be married on the property including the lawn, room and pool.

BBG has an onsite wedding planner but also allows external wedding planners and vendors on the property for weddings.

BBG does have an option for a wet weather plan.

BBG will allow before or after wedding lunch and/or dinner parties without an additional venue hire fee if it is catered by Bali Safron Catering (in house BBG Catering). If a before or after event is catered by an outside caterer, an additional venue hire fee will apply.  

Even if BBG does not charge a second venue hire fee because it is catering the before or after event, a second banjar fee (which is based on the banjar’s opinion of what constitutes an event) might be payable if it is attended by a large number of guests , and/or lights or a sound system are used.    

• For Exclusive Buyouts (50 tented Villas) will have a late curfew (Subject to Covid regulation on that period and with volume adjusted), and exclusive use for Wedding Lawn, Restaurant, and Pool 
• Buyout of all tents (50 Tents) is mandatory for Saturday night weddings
• For Non-Exclusive Buyouts, Minimum booking of 2 units Ocean View Tented Villa and 3 units deluxe tented villa applied, The Party at Wedding Lawn is expected to finish at 10 PM and the Ceremony area is restricted to The Wedding Lawn only
• Weekend nights (including Friday – Sunday) are subject to a weekend surcharge of 11.1% (Except for a booking made of less than 3 months)
• The venue hire fee for a Saturday night wedding or 2 nights stay weekend wedding will be subject to an additional IDR 5,000,000 Saturday night wedding surcharge 
• Couples are most welcome to use their own wedding planner and decorations if they wish, however, Bali Beach Glamping also offer highly experienced in-house planners, who are available to plan your wedding at a highly competitive price.
• Once a couple buys our Catering, it’s already included Round table and Tiffany chairs, and also free corkage fee if they want to bring additional outside food.
• Once couples buy Our soft drinks package, it will included BYO alcohol without corkage fee, bar, bar staff, glasses, ice, garnishes, soft drinks, and mocktails for 8 hours.
• In a case of adverse weather, we will arrange the wedding at BBG Restaurant as Plan B (up to 100 Pax)
• Complimentary Back up Generator to guarantee electrical power (Only for Back up if the main electricity out)
