FLOWERS:
◦ Personalised decoration is available upon request. The custom design can be discussed with our wedding specialist. An upgrade decoration cost may vary depending on the season of the flower requested.
INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN:
◦ Weather in Bali is generally dry from April to October and wet from November to March. However, it does rain occasionally in the dry season and there can be many dry days in the wet season too. Wet weather options are available upon request.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
◦ All rates are inclusive of 21% tax and service charge.
◦ It is mandatory to buy-out the whole Samsara Ubud property should the wedding ceremony and/or reception is attended by more than 30 guests. Special rate is available for the guests and will be subject to number of villas required and dates of the event.
◦ All outdoor and indoor functions, live performance, etc. will be restricted until 10pm as per local village regulation. Only acoustic music is allowed and the volume must be maintained in an agreed level with a prior approval by the hotel management.
◦ It is considered mandatory for the food and beverages arrangements and services to be provided by the resort. No outside food and beverages are allowed to be brought into the resort premises by the client without the resort consent.
◦ Initial deposit of 50% of the confirmed package is required to guarantee the space. A letter of agreement will be issued by Samsara Ubud within 48 hours of the event confirmation. Balance payment for all the confirmed arrangements will be required 20 days prior to the date of event.
◦ For any cancellation made post confirmation, a 50% on the estimate event expense will be charged and for any cancellation made within 20 days prior to the event, 100% on the estimate event expenses will be charged.
