Max guests : 130 Seated (weather dependent) & Up to 200 Cocktail
Bump in time: From 8am (day of event)
Bump out time: Until 1am (morning post event)
Venue Exit: All patrons (vendors & guests) must be offsite at 1am
Event Fee : $4500 USD
Community Fee : Included
Power Generator : 80 KVA available at the villa with extra charge of US$ 200++
Curfew : 11pm Outdoor curfew for live bands and DJs & 1am Indoor afterparty curfew.
Property Use : Use of Both Villas and outside spaces. Event Bedroom usage is restricted to 2 downstairs bedrooms in each villa (villa I & villa 2)
