Starting from home in 1998, Ixora grew out of the passion and dedication of founder, Julia, and her husband, Helmut. Drawing on their training and extensive experience in European and Indonesian cuisine, the couple grew their family business to include professional baking facilities, restaurants, and popular gelato. 17 years later, Ixora is proud to be an industry leader in Bali, creating expert cakes, breads, & pastries for wholesale and retail clientele.

With our brand new, state-of-the-art facility, we continue to spread our wings within the industry and deliver high-quality products to Bali’s top rated restaurants, hotels, and event planners. Specialising in sugar-craft, decoration confections for special occasions, we work closely with clients and event organisers to create memorable, personalised cakes, cupcakes, and cake-pops. We also bake European-style breads everyday! Using imported ingredients, we offer a full selection of artisanal breads including, full grain and gluten free options.
